Link Your Account
Linking your account creates the log in you will use to access digital content on our website, eEdition, and mobile apps.
- Go to myaccount.pressdemocrat.com.
- Select the red “Link Account” button.
- Within the pop-up window, type your email address and create your password.
Note: Passwords require 7 characters, with at least one number and at least one letter, which can be upper case or lower case. Do not use special characters or symbols. - Click the gray “Link Your Account” button.
- Enter your last name as the Primary Look-up Option. Then select one of these additional Look-up Options from the dropdown menu:• Your subscription account number
• Your zip code and phone number
• Your zip code and house number - Type your information in the blank field and click the gray “Continue” button.
Your account is now linked. Use the email address and password you just created, any time you need to Log In to access digital content or to manage your subscription online.

Share my Subscription

Update my Profile Info
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Update my Profile Info“.
Go here to update your log in email, password, name and phone number.- To update your information, use the “edit” button to the right of the information you want to change. Make your desired changes and click “Submit”.
- You can also manage the Current Members you’ve added to your account by selecting “Manage”. See the “Share my Subscriptions” section of this how to site for more detail.

Delivery Issue
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Delivery Issue“.
On this page you can report a delivery issue.-
Select when the delivery issue occurred under “Select Service Date”.

Select an option from the list under “Select delivery issue”.

Then choose from the available options under “How can we solve the problem?” and then select. “Submit”

Pause my Home Delivery
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Pause my Home Delivery“.
On the page, you can view your scheduled delivery pauses, schedule a pause in your delivery and view what the deadlines are for pause requests.- To schedule a pause in your delivery, select the “Stop Delivery on” date and the “Resume delivery on” date.
- Once the resume date has been selected, you will see two hold options. You must select one option and then select “Submit”.
Note: If you elect to call in to pause your delivery, this will not be reflected in subscription management until the next day.

Change My Address
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Change my Address“.
On this page you can view pending address changes and the current delivery and billing address- To make a change, select the arrow to the right of the address that needs to be updated. Then select “Edit Address”.
- Fill out you’re the information that needs to be updated. If your delivery address and billing address are the same, click the checkbox next to “My Delivery and Billing address are the same”. Otherwise uncheck this box.
- Select the date on which you would like your address to be changed.
- Once the information has been entered, click “FINISH” to submit the changes.

Make a Payment
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Make a Payment“.
- Select a desired payment amount and term.
- If you would like, you can check the “Sign up for EZ Pay” check box. See the “Sign up for EZPay” section of this how to site for more detail.
- Under “Fill in your payment information”, enter your credit or debit card information and select “Save”.
- Select “Pay” to complete transaction.

Sign up for eBill
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Sign up for eBill “.
- The email address that is on your account will be automatically populated.
- Check the Terms and Conditions box and select “SUBMIT”.

Sign up for EZ Pay
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Sign up for EZ Pay“.
- Choose one of the payment options to determine your amount and term (payment frequency).
- Under “Fill in your payment information”, enter your credit or debit card information and select “Save”.
- Check the Terms and Conditions box and select “Sign Up“.
Note: EZ Pay subscribers will not have invoices to view.

Paperless Billing
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “Sign up for eBill“.
- The email address that is on your account will be automatically populated.
- Check the Terms and Conditions box and select “SUBMIT”.

View Bill
In the “Manage My Subscription” dropdown menu, select “View Bill“.
Your last three invoices are available to see.- To view your bill, click on the PDF symbol on the right side of the bill you would like to view.
- Your browser will download the PDF for you to view. Check the bottom of your browser’s window or the “Downloads” folder of your computer to locate the PDF.

Cancel Subscription
To cancel your subscription, select a reason for the cancellation and select “Cancel My Subscription”.

E-Edition
In the top menu of the dashboard, click “eEdition”
- By clicking on e-Edition, you will be prompted to log in by entering the same email address and password that you use for your subscription management login
- You will only have to log in once as long as you check the ‘Remember Me’ box

News App
The News app is an alternate way for subscribers to access our digital content, on their smartphone and mobile device. In addition to the breaking news and features found on our website, the News app allows you to customize layout and priority of the sections. (Note: The Press Democrat News app does not provide the digital replica of our printed content. To view the digital replica, use the Press Democrat eEdition app.)
- If you haven’t done so already, download the News app, to your smartphone and mobile devices:
- Navigate to the app store for your device.
- Within the “search” field, type in the name of the publication you subscribe to, and begin the search.
- Select the icon for the Press Democrat News app, then click the “get” or “install” button.
- To launch the app on your device, select the installed Press Democrat News app icon.
- If you are prompted to login, enter the email address and password you previously created for your subscription’s account. Then, select “log in”, to begin using the news app.

Newsletters
Go to Our Newsletters page and select “Sign Up” to the Newsletters you would like to receive in your email inbox.
